A $100 non refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
Fully Balance is due 7 days PRIOR to event. Cancellations Less with less than 7 days notice will be charged the full amount quoted
TRAVEL CHARGES:
Travel charges will apply if you are more than 30 minutes away from Meredith, vic 3333
Please state location when enquiring so we can advise the travel charge. Type of event, Public holidays, if access to event is restricted are some of the factors that will effect pricing. Please email or phone for a quote.

HEAT POLICY: We won't work in weather that exceeds 33 degrees for the welfare of our animals! Please keep this in mind for Summer months. Morning bookings are best to avoid cancellation. We will firstly try to change the time/day/length but if this doesn't work for both of us we may have to cancel. If we cancel due to heat we will refund the deposit and any payments that have been made.
